Very first sketchbook series by penco, this is a B5 size with a heavy weight paper, which is suitable for watercolor paints, acrylic paints and crayons. 

The sketchbook series offers both medium and heavy weight for paper thickness options. The cover features penco's signature design with two-color letterpress printing. The back cover is made of thick board, making it easy to draw even when holding the sketchbook in your hand.

The off-white drawing paper has a soft touch with a moderately textured surface. It absorbs well and dries quickly, making it ideal for watercolor. 

The series includes two paper types in A5 and A6, but the paper characteristics and grain are the same. Medium (121g/m²) has a standard drawing paper thickness, making it easy to use for colored pencils, crayons, and pencil sketches. Heavy (157g/m²) is durable and resistant to tearing, with the added benefit of minimal warping when using wet paints.
