Returns Policy

We hope you love everything you order from JUJUHOME. However, if something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work:


Returns Eligibility

  • You may return most items within 28 days of purchase (in-store) or 28 days of delivery (online).

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in resaleable condition, with all original packaging intact.

  • A valid proof of purchase (store receipt or online order confirmation) is required for all returns.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Personal care or hygiene products (e.g., perfumes, soaps, skincare, etc.)
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food or drink)
  • Gift cards


How to Return

  1. Email us at info@jujuhome.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return address and instructions.

  3. You can choose to:

    • Return in-store: Bring your item(s) and proof of purchase to the JUJUHOME store within 28 days.

    • Return by post: Securely re-package the item(s) in their original condition and send them back to us.

  4. Please note: return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or you received the wrong product.


Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected.
  • Please allow up to 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.


Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, please email us and we’ll do our best to help—depending on stock availability.



Faulty or Damaged Items

We’re really sorry! Please email info@jujuhome.uk within 7 days of receiving your order, including clear photos and a description of the issue.
