Delivery Options (UK Mainland)

  • FREE Standard Delivery via Royal Mail(2–5 Working Days)
    – Available on orders over £45.00
  • Standard Delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–5 Working Days)
    – Flat rate of £4.50 for orders under £45.00
  • Next Working Day Delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-3 Working Days)
    – Available at a flat rate of £5.50

 

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days.
  • Orders placed after 12pm may be processed the following working day.
  • Please note: working days do not include weekends or UK public holidays.

 

International Shipping

  • Shipping Rate: €20.00 (flat rate)

  • Courier: Royal Mail International Tracked

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 10–15 working days (depending on destination)

  • Import Duties & Taxes: All international orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis.
    This means that customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or handling fees charged by local customs authorities upon arrival.

Please note that customs regulations vary by country.
We are not responsible for delays or charges resulting from customs clearance procedures.

 

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's journey with Royal Mail.
