Items must be unused, unopened, and in resaleable condition, with all original packaging intact.
A valid proof of purchase (store receipt or online order confirmation) is required for all returns.

How to Return

Email us at info@jujuhome.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return address and instructions.
You can choose to:Return in-store - Bring your item(s) and proof of purchase to the JUJUHOME store within 28 days. Return by post - Securely re-package the item(s) in their original condition and send them back to us.
Please note: return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or you received the wrong product.
