Returns Eligibility

  • You may return most items within 28 days of purchase (in-store) or 28 days of delivery (online).
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in resaleable condition, with all original packaging intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase (store receipt or online order confirmation) is required for all returns.

How to Return

  1. Email us at info@jujuhome.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return address and instructions.
  3. You can choose to:Return in-store - Bring your item(s) and proof of purchase to the JUJUHOME store within 28 days. Return by post - Securely re-package the item(s) in their original condition and send them back to us.
  4. Please note: return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or you received the wrong product.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Personal care or hygiene products (e.g., perfumes, soaps, skincare, etc.)
  • Perishable goods
