Each piece is one of a kind: dents, distortions, and imperfections are part of its charm. The original material may emit an odor that can transfer to other items. Avoid placing wet waste inside to prevent further rusting. Design, lines, and color tones are assorted and not selectable.

Returns Eligibility
- You may return most items within 28 days of purchase (in-store) or 28 days of delivery (online).
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in resaleable condition, with all original packaging intact.
- A valid proof of purchase (store receipt or online order confirmation) is required for all returns.
How to Return
- Email us at info@jujuhome.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return address and instructions.
- You can choose to:Return in-store - Bring your item(s) and proof of purchase to the JUJUHOME store within 28 days. Return by post - Securely re-package the item(s) in their original condition and send them back to us.
- Please note: return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or you received the wrong product.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:

- Personal care or hygiene products (e.g., perfumes, soaps, skincare, etc.)
