For over 30 years, PlanToys have been making iconic educational toys that bring children closer to nature and inspire creative imaginations and learning through play. As well as making FSC solid wood toys, many products are made from Planwood – an ingenious eco material made by compressing sawdust produced in the PlanToys factory so that nothing goes to waste. All toys come packaged in recycled, non-toxic packaging which can go straight into your recycling bin.

Return Policy

We hope you love everything you order from JUJUHOME. However, if something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work:

Returns Eligibility

  • You may return most items within 28 days of purchase (in-store) or 28 days of delivery (online).
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in resaleable condition, with all original packaging intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase (store receipt or online order confirmation) is required for all returns.

How to Return

  1. Email us at info@jujuhome.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return address and instructions.
  3. You can choose to:Return in-store - Bring your item(s) and proof of purchase to the JUJUHOME store within 28 days. Return by post - Securely re-package the item(s) in their original condition and send them back to us.
  4. Please note: return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or you received the wrong product.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Personal care or hygiene products (e.g., perfumes, soaps, skincare, etc.)
  • Perishable goods
  • Gift cards
