Plan Toys are the original eco toy maker leading the way in sustainable manufacturing and quality wooden toys to stimulate young children. Plan Toys use rubber wood from trees that no longer produce latex and would otherwise be burnt. They also create some toys from 'eco Plan Wood' which is made from another waste product, the roots of the rubber trees. This sustainable wood source is then kiln dried without the use of chemicals, glued together with Plan Toy's own e-zero formaldehyde free glue and dyed with water based dyes to create a wonderful selection of eco friendly wooden toys.

Return Policy
We hope you love everything you order from JUJUHOME. However, if something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work:
Returns Eligibility
- You may return most items within 28 days of purchase (in-store) or 28 days of delivery (online).
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in resaleable condition, with all original packaging intact.
- A valid proof of purchase (store receipt or online order confirmation) is required for all returns.
How to Return
- Email us at info@jujuhome.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return address and instructions.
- You can choose to:Return in-store - Bring your item(s) and proof of purchase to the JUJUHOME store within 28 days. Return by post - Securely re-package the item(s) in their original condition and send them back to us.
- Please note: return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or you received the wrong product.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Sale or clearance items
- Personal care or hygiene products (e.g., perfumes, soaps, skincare, etc.)
- Perishable goods
- Gift cards
